Implement NSO IT System
Spent the last 6 months fashioning a successful RFP and attracted 5 major IT contractors to bid for our business. Time to execute.

Reform NSO Accounting System such that it meets all NATO Accounting Standards
Corral outlaw financial practices and fully implement NATO standards

Build a manageable IT infrastructure using limited staff and contractors
We have IT structure built by a rotating team of military and civilians with limited experience with 21st Century IT. Giant hole for NSO.

Decide Where to Retire
We have been traveling and looking to find the perfect spot for the last 5 years. Need to find Shangri-La.

Implement NSO IT System
Manage and execute recently let contract to IBM to design a cloud-based IT system for NSO NLT 31 December 2024

Reform NSO Accounting System such that it meets all NATO Accounting Standards
Execute command-approved program to reform utility accruals and asset tracking and depreciation in conjunction with IT contract to allow NSO to be Audit-Ready in 2025

Build a manageable IT infrastructure using limited staff and contractors
Build, seek approval, solicit, award and execute RFP for outsourcing and management of NSO’s Unclassified and Restricted IT Networks NLT 30 January 2025.
